Dear person who answers the 4 lakes phone, I just wanted to thank you for the very concerned and kind way you tried to solve my problems. First you got Dan out right away to install the water heater and it works very well. Plus, we like it when my carbon monoxide detector was going off, you helped me by checking to see if the water heater might be the problem. When you go nth opinion that it was unlikely I felt relieved. I got a new carbon monoxide detector that showed the level was “0” and I threw away the defective one. It has been nice doing business with you.
